Our clients call the FISH number - 637-8158 - at least three days to one wek prior to thr appointment to request a ride.
Our phone is on Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Our dispatcher takes the information and arranges a ride with one oof our volunteer drivers. The driver then calls the client to set a time for pick-up.
We have a General Release form which we ask the client to sign one time. This waiver releases our drivers of liability in connection with the transportation.
There is no charge for our services. We do accept donations - clients shuld request an envelope for that purpose.
