2011-12 Annual Meting

Our 42nd Annual Meeting was held on Saturday, October. We had an interesting meeting, with lively discussion of many important issues. You will all get copies of the minutes along with your November schedule and Newsletter. Please look this over carefully, as it covers some changes you will want to know about - a new slate of officers, dates we will be closed in 2013, and more.

FAYETTEVILLE FAIR

Our FISH chapter was again represented at the Fayetteville Fair in Beard Park. Our booth is shown below. Once again we had lots of visitors to learn about our services to the community. Best of all, we had a new volunteer - a driver who will be joining us shortly.

OFFICES FOR FISH

In the recent NEWSLETTERS, you have seen information on the various offices for our chapter. At our annual meeting this fall, we hope to have a slate which will contain some changes ready for your approval or revision.

Meanwhile, if you consider filling any of the positions, now or in the future, please let us know. Contact Sandy Henry at 637-1938 or e-mail shenry01@twcny.rr.com.

To keep our organization vital and improved, new personnel in positions of leadership is essential. We look forward to seeing more of our members participating.
